Return Policy
Everything we offer here at iSwimStore.com has been pre-approved by us. We want to work with you to make sure you are taken care of. Returns are divided into three situations and handled accordingly:
- I ordered the wrong size/color and would like to exchange it for the same item.
Onsite, we can exchange it at no charge.
- I did not receive the items I ordered (or I received the incorrect items).
- I'm completely unsatisfied with the product I ordered and would like my money back.
